HICS solid weave vests sold as a complete 49-title set

HICS vests are constructed from white poly/cotton fabric with a hook-and-loop front closure and elastic side straps. Trim colors are black, yellow, navy blue, royal blue, lime green, dark green and red (as determined by HICS specifications).
