Tag measures 5- 1/2" x 10-3/4". Tags feature individual serial numbers and color coded perforated tear-offs for patient priority. All sections are explained in clear English. Tags also feature 3-part carbon copies which allow section of tag to be kept by Transport Officer, transporting unit, etc.
