Hartwell Medical Evac-U-Splints are X-ray translucent and their one-bladder (no sections) design enables the EMT to arrange the foam pellets inside the splints and concentrate them in a particular area. After the Hartwell Medical Evac-U-Splint Extremity Splint Pump evacuates the air from the splints, they form a rock-hard cast around the patient.
